To create a zesty citrus flavor, dried lemon granules are meticulously blended with a base of Great Barrier Reef white rock salt in our Citrus Salt.
This is the ideal mixture of salts for your fish and seafood recipes; it's also fantastic on salads and pastas.
We don't add any preservatives or additives to any of our salts or salt mixtures; they are all entirely natural. In contrast to other flavored salts that could contain synthetic flavoring oils, our salts have an entirely natural flavor that comes directly from the herbs that are used. Before being added to our blends, all of the herbs we use are dried.
