RETURNS POLICY
We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind. However, we are happy to provide an online or in store credit, delivery and return charges excluded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, all tags must be attached and in the original packaging. 
You have 14 days, from date of purchase, to return items for exchange or store credit. Proof of purchase required i.e. your receipt. 

For online purchases, you will need to cover the cost of return postage.
Online purchases can be exchanged in store. 

SALE ITEMS
There are no exchanges or returns on sale items.

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind. If an item is faulty, we reserve the right to repair or replace the product. If this is not possible, a full refund will be given.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
